Linda Davis is the Senior Director, Human Resources and Administration for Xequel Bio. Her primary functions are to develop and coordinate HR policies and programs with emphasis on the benefits and compensation areas, and ensure that the organization is in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Along with being a member of the Corporate Leadership Team, Linda is responsible for managing office locations and administrative staff.
Linda has a vast background in business administration for multiple industries, including 6 years in the pharma industry. She is a highly motivated, personable, and results-driven professional offering over 25 years of business acumen. Linda has proven success in developing company culture, executing Human Resources initiatives, including HR start-ups, planning and integration resulting from M&A’s, business reorganization, and implementation of strategic integrations.
Linda’s favorite thing about working for Xequel is the team and the culture. She says, “Working with a leadership team that cares about your thoughts and input and truly wants to develop you is the most ultimate reward.” When not working, Linda can be found spending time with family and friends traveling and exploring new places. She also enjoys music concerts and skiing.
